Biological cultivation is pure and honest, going back to the source: nature.
You can’t become a biological grower just like that. From the raw materials to the end product, everything is strictly monitored. By giving a lot of attention to hygiene and control of cultivation, it is possible to produce beautiful, qualitative products in a biological way. A nice example of biological cultivation is that the champost (the raw material for mushroom-growing) is being brought back to the fields after cultivation where the harvested straw comes from. Which closes the circle.
There is still so much in progress in the biological cultivation, which inspires us to explore, grow, and learn even more.
Also the positive feedback and the involvement of consumers are the reason for us to get to work and to do even better than we did yesterday. For tomorrow.
